Wetzel's Pretzels Reviews
bag
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Usually Wetzel's Pretzels are our favorite ballpark snack but today we bought a bag that was stale, like it was from the night before. They were almost inedible. It was super disappointing and made us think we need to find a new ballpark treat 🤢
June 29 · Katie BrooksAsked for 1 bag of pretzels and 2 cheese dips 1 mtn dew and 1 water was given and charged for 2 bags and 1 cheese 1 mtn dew and 2 water, tried to tell the cashier the total was wrong he ran my card anyway and then said they could not print a receipt or provide me with the details of what I paid for(which I'm pretty sure is illegal to not provide a receipt) the young man working clearly did not car and has not been trained in good customer service. This is absolutely ridiculous and has made my time at the game unpleasant.
