I was in line for 13 mins , they young guy working behind the counter has his ear bud on and was talking on the phone the hole time he helped lady in front of me and then the hole time trying to make my 6 inch sandwich. Was rude when I said I didn't know Henry allowed his workers to be on the phone while they was working. Had a attitude with customers after myself. I sat in the corner to watch him and it took him 8 mins to help one customer. That customer told him to get off phone and make his sandwich.. I continue to sit for a bit. As I sat there the boss Henry came back. Kids changed his attitude.

Young lady tried stating my bread was not molded that the subway wrapper left that coloring on my bread but never in my life has that happened to me don’t eat here for your own health the worker was so rude and not willing to be understanding I was kicked out the store cussed at with no refund very unprofessional service!!!

Poor customer service there was an old guy helping other with good attitude and right when he saw me he started making faces to me and wasn’t helpful I felt a lot of racism just because I am Hispanic that’s not nice at all subway owner should check who they hire .

They should clean the soda dispenser and the place where they put the lids. It is so gross. I got super sick eating here.

I had bought a foot long and it came with mold worker tried telling me it was the papers color that had transferred into the sandwich there lettuce old and sour I give this place a zero star review she didn’t want to give us a refund or make us a new sandwich so disappointed.
