Location: 5127 w Indian school road suite 115BPhoenix ,AZ 85031I am a very upset customer , I come in for something to enjoy my lunch and I come into a restaurant that is filthy . All employees in the back . In slow time they should take the time to stock up , clean the tables , and sweep . Instead of gossiping me in the back room . This has to be the worst experience. Not to mention always have an attitude when attending customers . I won’t be eating in that location anymore , place doesn’t even seem sanitary to eat there . Very disappointed from the management. Dirty windows , dirty floor , fridge not stocked up ,cookies from day before . Dirty tables and seats , edges very dirty and dusty .

I've been buying here at this restaurant for over a year, but the last two weeks have been terrible. The service is the worst. I'm served by a girl who makes everything very ugly. She has earrings everywhere.

It is a Subway Sandwich store and so it would have been. 🙂 I ordered a six inch turkey on Italian herb and cheese. I have been a manager at another Subway in another state. The ladies had no one but me at the time, in the store. Told the ladies they should refill there lettuce & spinach. They ignored me. The cutting board was a mess. The price was reasonable. I believe that one gal had a nose ring in her nose. That's a big no no.All of the tables were dirty with the seat's. I will show pics. They don't take long to clean in between mad dashes of customers. I really worried that if my food was as unkept as the store, would or could it make me sick. It didn't but, I count that a blessing from God.I do know that you are told to get everything done with your employees working only a certain amount of time. You also need to keep people who care.

Very dirty store I went the lettuce was mix with the cucumber all the vegetables were dirty and the mirrors were u dirty. One of the workers were taking and basically spitting on someone’s sandwich it was disgusting I I told the girl it was dirty and she didn’t care

This, By far is the worst salad I have ever actually had to eat, by presentation it looked OK for a few seconds but noticing what the condition of the lettuce looks underneath the topping items wasn’t appealing, not to mention the complete lack of spinach that would’ve made the salad complete, but for it not to be diced like other subways have done, which may be a difference between a corporate or franchise location, but none the less completely dissatisfied. But definitely not DoorDash’s fault. Subway just sucked come on Tony hawk get them in gear!
