This is my go-to Subway because it's close and the staff are always really cool. They can come off as rude, but that's only when customers are holding up the line by talking on their phones or not knowing their order. I've used the online pick up, and they've always got the order correct.

Food is decent. Careful with going with coupons. If they think they can overcharge you or not honor the coupons you get in the mail, they'll do so.Asked for a 6" with extra meat and she charged me as if it were a footlong, with extra meat. Did not get a footlong, nor the extra meat. The black lady who was working today said it'd be fine, and didn't mention anything about it. Only noticed after looking at the receipt. She didn't honor the coupon for the customers in front of me, either. Every time I've gone she's had a negative attitude/toneGoing to another sandwich shop next time.

I had placed a mobile pickup order. Had a young man with black hair look at me at the counter twice say absolutely nothing to me while i waited for him to finish wiping the counter in the same spot for five minutes, he then walked away and never came back and had to wait another five for a different employee to come out and give it to me, the whole time i was watching my food get cold on the counter sitting out, they also forgot cheese and to toast it on one sandwich and forgot the meat and to toast it on the other one. HOW DO YOU FORGET THE MEAT??? literally will never come back to this subway god save u if u do

DO NOT COME HERE!!! He gave my food away, wouldn't remake it and then called ME a thief like huhI have him on video saying this might I addHe seemed like he was on drugs or something and said he was the managerDo not come here and he was letting people not eating just watch and chill in the lobby. April 5 approximately 6:45 pm. The guy making the sandwiches was awesome, very friendly asking to make sure the food was the way you wanted it. Food was also well put together.
