I have had bad experiences at Sonic before, but this specific location has changed my mind. The customer service was so amazing... The manager, Bre, was so naturally cheerful and confident that she made her crew feel at ease, even during a rush. She helps hundreds of people every shift, but she made me feel like a special customer 😊😁😊 oh yeah, they also made me this custom burger!!!!!

I’m 9 months pregnant and was desperate for some Sonic ice chips (a cup of ice). This was the only sonic near me open and I saw they closed at 1 AM and my ETA was 12:58. I called as I began my drive and essentially gave them a heads up I was on my way and asked they please forgive me for placing an order so close to their closing time, but assured them I just wanted ice. The gal on the phone was incredibly kind and told me to drive safely and that they’d have ice for me.I arrived at 12:58 and pressed the red button. The Sonic team was prepared and came out quickly with my ice and some kind words 🥰I’m unbelievably grateful and wanted to share my positive experience here. Thanks, Sonic team!

Place was pretty clean and ordering was very smooth at first, however we ordered 3 orders of mozzarella sticks, when asked if we wanted dipping sauces we asked for marinara sauce. We were told "besides that" as if that comes with the sticks, we get the food and begin eating, and find no marinara sauce, no biggie, I push the button again and simply ask if we could get the marinara sauce as we didn't get it, and the second person who answered was very confrontational and argued saying we didn't ask for them and that the mozzarella sticks do not come with marinara by default. Such a goofy thing to get argumentative over.

Ordered their mozzarella sticks. When we received them asked for marinara sauce got told they now charge but didn't even tell the price lady who served us was rude and asked it was okay without telling price

I ordered two shakes one large and one medium. After leaving Sonic, I realized the shakes seemed light in weight. However, I didn’t pay any attention to it. As I arrived home and was drinking my shake I soon realized the shake was half full would whipped cream and very little shake. Not a good experience. Considering I have kiddos, going back to the location is not feasible. The images represent the amount of whipped cream used in my shake. I made an indent in the cup for visibility. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
