The team here is awesome!! I ordered two medium cherry limeades and an order of mozzarella sticks. I was curious about the “Make it Dirty” Dr. Pepper and the team member taking my order was super nice about answering my questions. The team member who ran my food to us was also a total sweetheart. She ended up bringing out one of the Dirty Dr. Peppers and said that it was from management for us to try, I’m so glad that I could make their night just by reciprocating their kindness. The mozzarella sticks were fresh and delicious, drinks were great too. Fantastic team working here and a lovely atmosphere!!

To say this was a dissapointing visit would be an understatement. My wife and I have gone to this location dozens of times since it is close to the house. First, we received the wrong size tots (if I ask for large and receive small to medium you in essence stole from me). Second, the people that were working there today were quite literally dragging their feet (I could hear their shoes rubbing against the concrete because they could not find the energy to pick them up). Third, there the food was overcooked and the tots were not even salted so i guess yay crunch potatos? Last, but not least they were either checked out, or just did not care about their job because to say interacting with the guy on who took the order and then collected payment were about as deadpan as a plank of wood. I get it, your job is not glamorous but that does not mean you get to put in no effort.

I tip every time I come here and today that stops. I literally order the same thing every other day from here. Recently this last week, they keep forgetting the cheese dip with the “pretzel twist with cheese”.Bruh how hard is it to throw a cheese cup in there. I want to eat a pretzel without cheese? After receiving a poorly made meal that left me feeling disappointed, I felt compelled to share my negative experience here. I used to be a loyal customer who loved ordering the number 7 with a large cherry limeade and onion rings from this establishment. However, my most recent order did not live up to my expectations. After paying $13 for my meal, I arrived home to find a naked hot dog that appeared to have all the toppings scraped off. It was not appetizing and ended up in the trash. Thankfully, the onion rings and drink were still enjoyable. If Sonic or the franchise owner would like to discuss my review further, I am open to that conversation and possibly change my review.

I love this sonic the person that takes the orders has an upbeat energy, I love to come here to get bacon egg and cheese breakfast burritos. My only complaint would be make sure they don’t give you a half a cup of ice. Otherwise amazing spot to eat!!
