★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place advertises like crazy on Instagram. When they first opened, I had tried to get it twice but there were complications on their times open. I wrote it off as a new business error/getting things established and moved on. After seeing more ads for months and that they now have chicken sandwiches, along with being established for a while, I figured I would give it another go. I showed up for 3 days in a row last weekend. Friday to Sunday. August 9th, through the 11th. On Friday and Saturday, I sat in the Tempe Food court waiting for the tablets to update for over an hour (2:30pm - 3:30pm) and Sunday I waited until 4pm, just in case (I was already putting so much effort into trying it and wasted so much time, better make sure I won't be able to order since I wouldn't ever be doing this again 😂). I called multiple times all 3 days as well. I got no answer. I got other food and it still said "closed" even after I checked the tablets on my way out. The website was only available to order from on Sunday, yet there was still no one in and they were closed. I am not sure what was going on and neither did the workers that hand the food out at the food court. On Google, it said they were open all three days, from 3pm-9pm. I assume this guy is just a chef and has terrible business practices considering what I have seen. An entire weekend trying to try the place and got nothing but wasted time. This place likely won't survive long doing things like this.

I'm not kidding, you got to try Phoenix Sins, out of this world burgers. This burger had Bar-B-Q sauce on it, yummy 😋. Do yourself a favor and come on down, you deserve a great burger.
