New to the neighborhood and had the pleasure of meeting Jose at this location today! He took great care of my team and I! His smile and positive attitude was a welcome change from the mundane service you get at so many quick service restaurants nowadays. Not only was the service great but there was not a bite left over of our food either! We will most certainly be frequent visitors to this location!

Came in on 430 on a Sunday and it was the worst service we've had a in a while. Orange chicken came out scorched, management seems to not really get it. Do better.

I came in today and it was my first time experiencing Pai Wei and honest to God it was phenomenal. My hostess sunny welcomed me in and walked me through the menu I really felt welcomed and I just wanted to give her recognition for her amazing customer service and positive attitude. The food was pretty good and will definitely be back soon.

I wasn't a fan of the noodles I originally ordered, and without hesitation, the manager (I believe) went above and beyond - offering me a brand new entrée free of charge and even covered our drinks. That kind of care is rare these days, and it really made my experience unforgettable. The Honey Hot Chicken was sooo yummy - crispy, flavorful, and the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The Hot Fire Chicken was also amazing and had just the right amount of heat. Great food, even better service. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Pei Wei! 💛🥢
