I went tonight and ordered simple tacos but asked for a little more lettuce and hot sauce but got old tacos. I live to far to just drive back. What happened to making our food fresh when we order. We will not got back here again.

Came to order the loaded wedges and the forgot to put bacon. Not only that but somw of the potatoes were still solid, not cooked all the way. They didn't give me a receipt and everytime I call it rings then hangs up.

I use to stop at this location on my way home , to work and from doctors appointments down the street. I admit it’s been a while, not sure what happened to this place, yet they were understaffed or untrained employees , the food was terrible, soon as I bit into the fries I should have went back to the restaurant, they were saggy , tasted old, the burger was horrible, the sauce looked as if it was water down, no flavor at all. I won’t be going back to this location.

Sometimes the food is fresh & hot , other times not so much & nothing worse than cold fast food which isn't cheap anymore.No matter how many times you repeat your order to the employees , they still don't give you your order .....only a variation of the order that was given. Nothing makes your day like getting all the way home with your families food , ONLY to have to get back in your vehicle to go back to the store to try to get the order that was originally ordered !The atmosphere, it was great , only after leaving the restaurant because...hey , we're in sunny Phoenix 🌞
