This was my first time at this location. The customer service was good. I ordered the chicken tacos, which were the size of street tacos, very small and not regular size tacos, meal with chips and a drink. My colleague ordered the chicken tostada. The food was good. I did not like the creamy green salsa. I recommend this location.

I'm going to start by saying that I know El Pollo Loco has great food. Unfortunately I was waiting so long I didn't get to order any. I was the only person in line, no one bothered to help me for over 10 minutes. Door dash pick up walked in, they went to help him, which i was fine with, but his order wasn't even ready. So instead of taking my order while he waited, they turned around and decided to wait for his order at the prep table. Not a big deal except none of it was ready so now I'm just waiting to be acknowledged. Nothing. So unfortunately I didn't actually get to order, I left after almost 15 minutes, no one else in line the whole time. If I want food from El Pollo Loco bad enough I'll go to another location. On the bright side, went to church's a mile south and my order was taken and had my food within 6 minutes. Also got more food for less.

For it being my first time here it was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious warm. Marvin, the gentleman behind the counter was kind and caring. I highly recommend this place if you want great authentic Mexican food.

Staff was very nice .Food was fresh and was not a long wait.My only complaint is it is extremely hot in there and honestly I feel bad the workers have to work like that when it’s 100 plus degrees out side, ended up eating my food in the car.

My parents and I love El Pollo Loco. We walked in and it was clearly marked on what door to walk in and which door to walk out. It was very organized. We ordered the Grande avocado chicken bowl, original pollo bowl & the 3 piece meal to go. It was so busy, clearly this is the place to be. 🤗 even with all the people up ahead of us we were in and out in no time with fresh & great tasting food.
