Really poor service and melted icecream ☹️Yesterday my family ordered two blizzards, then we waited in line for around 10 minutes. When we got to the window, the worker didn’t tell us how much our order was. He gave us two blizzards that were almost completely melted. They had lids on them and were in a carrier (obviously not turned upside down). They had probably been sitting there over 10 minutes since we ordered. He didn’t give us a receipt either, which I’m assuming was to protect them if we tried to get a refund. We had to check our bank account to even see how much the order was. The flavors were good, but we had to eat them the next day after refreezing them.

Poor customer service the cashier samay r at the drive thru was nasty and rude. Had to ask for a few items and she had an attitude and was bothered. Her and another girl were laughing and on their phones at the window. Not only was the service awful. The food was poorly made, ordered a chili CHEESE dog. The chili was old and there was no cheese added.

I've lived near this DQ for 25 years now. I've used the drive thru mostly. Late at night this place could get away with having 2 drive thru lines. The line typically goes around the building and at times stops traffic in the street as cars try to fit in. Not often, but it's usually busy when it's late and especially when they have a promo on something. The line usually moves fast enough but definitely don't expect to breeze thru later in the evening. Food is always good and of course dessert is best! A word of advice for anyone ordering food at any DQ, not just this one. Don't order any kind of breaded chicken, they deep fry the stuff until its nearly impossible to chew. The breading is hard and chicken is dry. It's always overcooked.The burgers and hot dogs are great and fries are not bad.
