★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Star ReviewI had such a great experience at Brunch House and I highly recommend it! From start to finish, everything was on point. The service was amazing our server was so attentive and friendly, I wish I could remember her name because she truly made the experience even better. The food and drinks were amazing, and the mimosas hit perfectly. What really stood out was that the owner personally came over to check on us, which shows they truly care about their guests. On top of that, the DJ was doing his thing with the music, creating the perfect vibe to match the great food and service. If you’re looking for good food, good drinks, and a great atmosphere, Brunch House is the spot. Definitely a 10/10 experience for me.
September 03 · Royshawn FergusonPhenomenal! We went in for brunch and mimosas and had an amazing experience. First, the food was so damn good! They say you can tell when a chef cooks with passion, and Chef James does- you can taste it! The plates of food were gorgeous. The quality of the food was top notch. Even the fruit in the mimosas were perfect.Every member of the staff we encountered was super friendly and on it. Our waitress, Jasmine, was knowledgeable about the menu, had a great personality and provided excellent service. We were seated quickly, got our flight of mimosas within minutes, food arrived fast and its a fun atmosphere.I didn't notice the service fee but our experience was so good, it was worth it. We'll be going back for sure!
May 23 · Adrian TaylorI recently visited a spot called Brunch House while in Arizona. Being from Chicago, I'm definitely spoiled when it comes to good food, but I always try to keep an open mind when trying new places. That said, this was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had.Let me start with the good. The restaurant was very clean, which I always appreciate. The interior was beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere was perfect. The DJ was playing good music, and I truly enjoyed the drink I ordered. So in terms of vibe and aesthetics, Brunch House nailed it.However, the food and service were a completely different story. To start, our waitress took 13 minutes to greet us. I timed it. Having been a server myself, I know the standard is to greet a table within 2 to 5 minutes—especially when the restaurant isn’t busy, which it wasn’t. That delay also meant our drink orders were slow to arrive. Normally I might let it slide, but the lack of attentiveness was noticeable and confusing. Now, onto the food. I ordered the BH All American Combo and asked for sausage patties fried hard (a Chicago thing). What I got were soft, soggy patties that reminded me of the frozen Brown and Serve brand—very cheap-tasting. I could only stomach one.I also requested my eggs scrambled hard, but they arrived runny. I asked for them to be redone or cooked more, and while the server said yes, it took another 15 minutes for the new eggs to arrive — after I noticed them just sitting on the counter while our waitress chatted with coworkers. When they finally made it to me, they still weren’t good. I only ate about half, which you can see in the photo I took.I also ordered grits, but let the server know I don’t eat cheese—not on eggs, not on anything. So imagine my surprise when the grits came out with cheese all over them. The menu didn’t mention cheese, and I specifically asked for cheese to be avoided. Only after they were served did I get told that all the grits already have cheese mixed in, so there was no way to get them plain. At that point, they offered me extra toast instead—which took another 15 minutes, and only arrived after I asked the manager directly.Lastly, I ordered a side of salmon croquettes. These were deep-fried in a very odd coating, almost like fried chicken? I wouldn’t have minded if they had flavor—but they were bland, dry, and just not good. I took one bite and sent them back. I’m used to the classic-style normal croquettes—pan-fried with some seasoning. This was something else entirely. In total, I only ate the toast, half the eggs, and half of one sausage patty. That’s it.I spoke with the manager, but the only item removed from my bill was the salmon croquettes. I still paid full price for a meal I couldn’t eat. I want to be clear—I understand people who finish their food and then try to complain, which is shady. This is not that. I genuinely couldn’t eat the food. It was the worst I’ve ever had.As someone who’s worked in restaurants, I know what good service looks like and how to handle food concerns. I came in with very reasonable expectations. Sadly, Brunch House missed the mark on almost every level; except for cleanliness and vibes. I will give them that. I hope management doesn't disparage or argue with my honest and kind review and allows me to freely share my experience without being harassed or debated.I sadly cannot recommend this place to visitors such as myself. I does suffer from the Atlanta brunch curse; brunch spots that feel like a vibe, but are not tasty. Go there for the yummy and great drinks, and maybe a little fresh fruit. But then? Go home.
October 01 · R. MorrowI couldn’t upload the video of all the food but the fired chicken is amazing. Waffles and pancakes were very soft and flavorful. The service was amazing. Shrimp and grits came with sausage and all food was made fresh. We may have had a one off experience with Jordan since he’s a manager but he was out waited for the day and he delivered the best service and made sure we got everything we needed. He even ran out to grab us bottled water because they didn’t have any. Hands down an amazing experience and being from out of town, I’m very pleased. Will definitely brunch here again when I’m in the area.
June 01 · Daniel Moore SrMy first time visiting Arizona and this place had the best food out of all the places I visited. This place is a must when coming to phoenix. Customers service was exceptional and awesome atmosphere. I ordered extra food to go and end up eating it all while I was there.
