July 19th 2025 - Got rudely and loudly waved past the window after ordering and purchasing an oreo shake ($8) & ended up waiting 15 minutes for them to bring it out. Finally the same guy that waved me around came out and asked if I was Doordash. I said no I ordered an oreo shake like 10 minutes ago. 5 minutes later he comes out with a shake and tries to get me to pay for it again. I told him I already paid cash at the window & rather than handing me my shake, takes it back inside. Finally comes back out & gives me what turns out to be a large styrofoam cup with a hole in the side filled with soft serve ice cream with a few oreo crumbs on top which I'm supposed to drink through a tiny straw. Never again.

He was patient, and didn't rush through the order, and offered helpful suggestions. He was very endearing, genuinely engaging and helpful with special orders of which I had two. Service with a charming smile, and more than worthy of five 🌟 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 so he gets 1000! Although it's not room to leave that on here it's heartfelt, appreciated and deserved! You're a rock star Joseph and wishing ✨️ you all the 👌best!! Highly recommended and best Sonic that I've ever been too!

Went thru drive thru to get 3 small items. Wait was extremely long, and I didn’t receive one of the sauces I PAID for. The stick on the corn dog was broken, so I had to hold it by the food itself. Very unprofessional.

This store needs to understand they serve the public and not themselves. I shared my concerns with the carhop who brought my drink, and she shared my previous concerns to her general manager who said they did not believe her when I expressed my complaints to her. My iced tea tasted like chemicals and I literally threw it in the trash, instead of a chicken strip rap burrito I got chicken nuggets, and the other day when I ordered my single drink it took nearly 20 minutes to be delivered to my car. So I called the phone number you will find expressed in other negative reviews, and they were very nice and accommodating to my concerns. I hope the owner and the district manager can read these reviews and come into the store and hire new staff. The public deserves a great place to eat and drink conveniently, but with the rudeness and the denial of the management here, they're not going to get it.

Manager(?) was very unprofessional and not in uniform, walking around in a tank top while changing out trashbags. Did not inform us of our missing food until after we accepted the order and only then were we told they could not make it or substitute anything and then charged us for the marinara sauce that is supposed to come with the mozzarella sticks. The manager was also very unprofessional and got an attitude with us when telling us this and did not calmly explain the situation.
