Grub Hub McDonald'sOrder #33583122-20667441 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® Meal1 Big Mac® got using Amazon. Worst McDonald's I've ever had. My family has McDonald's corporations managers and I myself opened the restaurant at Cactus and Tatum way back when PV mall was getting built. This food was not even warm. The Big Mac drowning in sauce made the middle bun mush and the patties slid off. Never in 65 years did I need to use cutlery to eat a burger!!! Fries were thankfully not overcooked so I could put those in the air fryer. No sauce at all even though it wanted me to select 2 with the meal deal. Packing was perfect except for the missing sauce, Dr. Pepper was perfect and included the straw. After waiting an hour for the delivery less than a mile away, I won't be ordering from Grub Hub or McDonald's again. Too pricey for what amounts to being served slop.

Kept me waiting an hour for a DoorDash order I was trying to pick up and deliver and it wasn’t even busy .. they were absolutely rude , no reassurance as to why it was taking so long , completely ignored me and made me wait outside… while the employees are inside making themselves food for them and eating instead of working , dancing instead of working .. I even tried to call after waiting for 30 minutes and instead of picking up the phone they looked at me thru the late night DoorDash pick up window and started whispering.. asked to speak the the manager but it turns out the one with very poor service wasss the manager ..please remember.. you get paid by the hour .. but working with DoorDash we get paid by the order and we don’t get paid for waiting and we really don’t make that much per order .. I waited so long the person canceled their order and I didn’t get paid a penny … please be more considerate..

They gave me a raw quarter pounder, I lost 6k points, they could not even give me a proper coupon. Manager just wrote a note on my receipt. Like anyone would go back after that!
