The below associate Marcella was appalling this evening. I'm really embarrassed on her behalf. I went in to pick up my nuggets that were missing from my order. She must've been having a bad day because she cussed at me. When I confronted her about it, she confirmed the managers name and her name and advised she could talk however she liked. My family and I walked in and the inside was disgustingly dirty with food on the tables and trash on the floor, completely unsanitary. There was also another female worker that was eating while handling the food with no gloves. We will never be back to this location. Have fun eating dirty food with employees hands on it smh.

The above review was an Uber Eats order.I gave them another chance with a Sausage Bagel and it had a funny taste (it’s my favorite, this one tasted funny).I would have been happy to never try again, but today the app glitched and messed up the location, it literally said pick up at the 32nd St/Broadway (good McDonalds) but when I got there, they said I had to come to this one. Once again, terrible quality. The bagel was very stale like it sat out for a day. The guy at the window also mean mugged my husband because he was trying to be friendly but the guy apparently didn’t speak ANY English. I should’ve just canceled the order. Never again!

This by far is the worst McDonalds in the valley. Everything is always pre-cooked and sitting under warming lights for hours. The fries are never fresh, always old, hard and cold. Also, be sure to check your bag because they always leave things out! I had the bacon special edition gold mccrispy chicken sandwich. It was terrible. Let me start by saying it was nothing like the picture. The chicken was pressed almost flat, burned, dry and so was the bacon. No lettuce, tomatoes or anything else shown in the picture. Since it was labeled special edition I assumed it would at least be somewhat edible and it was not. Think twice before going to this McDonalds, do yourself a favor and go to a different one.

Had two bad experiences at this store. One it was at the drive thru I asked if they still had the bundles because I didn’t see it in the menu and the drive thru lady said “omg yes which one you want” and I said I want Big Mac bundles and a nugget bundle and she says thru the mic “that’s it I quit “ how rude is that?! To say that when I customer could clearly hear you. 2nd I went yesterday to dine in with my family did a mobile order to pick up at counter took over 15mins to get my food. They forgot our sauces and to go ask for some was like we were bothering them. My daughter had to use restroom we asked for code they said they have a key but took them like 10mins to give it to us even though they would pass by and see her still standing there. My brother almost had to go in to the kitchen to finally get their attention on the sauce. I was hesitant to order the kids ice cream but I figured it will take forever but I still did and yes they took about 20mins for mini Oreo Mcflurrry then they tell me they can complete my other McFlurry order because they need to wait on the ice cream machine. So when we said no we not waiting any longer just to give us a refund the worker decided to complain that she is the only one working that section etc and we understood to a certain point but the crew members are rude unorganized they just look at you and ignore you when you clearly standing there obviously needing assistance then she told me she couldn’t refund me I needed to call a number on the app. It was ridiculous! won’t ever go back to that McDonald’s.

Had to delete my other complaint to write this one anyway staff is so RUDE!! Always have an attitude for no reason it’s the females specifically they complain they are behind on lunch that ends at 10:30 they are short staffed probably cause the nasty attitudes no one wants to work with rude girls. If you don’t like your job go work somewhere else
