This Denny's location is one of the best I have ever been to. Their commitment to service and accuracy of orders as well as courteous waitresses is unmatched! My son and I have come multiple times since we came to Scottsdale and every time has been pleasant. Tori was our waitress today and was excellent. Alisa and others have attended us as well and are all great. The manager always insures we were happy with everything. This Penny's has a great leader and team!!🤗🍳🍔🍟🥓🥗🥘🍲

Excellent customer service. It was great to meet Jackie, our server today. Such an amazing lady, very sweet, attentive, fast. I would keep coming back and ask for her, she exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, the coffee was just perfect. They have a really amazing team on this location. Everyone was nice and didn't have any mistakes on our order, every substitution or modification on our order was perfectly done. Great team and great service.I would like to update my review, we just went again yesterday and we had the pleasure to meet Alysa and I'm beyond pleased with her service. Such a sweet girl, great team member. Just like Jackie, extraordinary team that you have now Dennys. Thank you for that. My favorite person in the past was Mary but I haven't seen her for a long time, we stopped going to this location for a while because they were always out of something, but Im glad we went back again and now they're not out of anything we've asked and the team is amazing. My favorite spot again. 😀

This location has many new members of staff lately, and I think it is a great improvement. I come here often and I can see the team working together. I see servers smiling as they interact with diners. The positive and welcoming atmosphere is tangible. The food is delicious always, and I love the seasonal selections returning, like the pumpkin pecan pancakes yum! 😋

I visit this location more often than ever before. The new management and the newer staff have created a inviting place. I witness the staff welcoming people. The service has gotten better. Teamwork and ensuring that I get my food hot and fast is better than before. The place is always clean and smells great. The food is better than ever. I have been to this location and never received the service that I receive now. It's wonderful to know that I can come here and relax and enjoy my time. Thank you for the greetings and the smiles. The manager is such a hard worker and is always checking to make sure that all the guests are taken care of. She helps everyone that includes helping to serve food hot. We will be back as often as possible. BTW love the rewards program.
