I understand disliking customers ordering late at night but it was a pick up order. Nothing was said other than the pick up code which was IU83. I took a sip of my tea and it tasted and the cup rim smelled like straight up cigarette and has spit in it which is hard to see in the photo but it's spit. If you don't like your job than stop working and find something else but it doesn't give you the right to spit at anyone's food. I won't even eat my burger who knows what they did with it too. Disgusting.

I made moblie order picked up within 5 mins of the order placement. I arrived provided my moblie order code and was given direction to go two the 2nd window, as I was approached with my order I requested two ranches they were given as I grab the order I then noticed that I received a small fry in a medium holder. Given I am a regular McDonald customer i informed the crew worker at the driver-thru window that this didn’t look like a medium fry and of course confused as to how this was overlooked. She stated “ yes but that’s how it was given to me” flabbergasted as I had already paid $ 4.33. She went and grabbed her manager ‘Jose’ , he then approached the window and asked,” what’s going on ?”. I then showed him the fries promptly stating “ this looks like a small fry.” Jose responding with “that’s just how they come”, immediately requesting a refund I was told that I would have to do it through the app since the money that I paid was not in the store. Respectfully i exited the drive-thru in complete awe that I had be given such poor customer support and lack of accountability . I will not be returning to this McDonald the first impression is everything on retaining a loyal customer.

Put chicken patties on fish filet buns with cheese and tartar sauce! Like who does that? I would have rather they not made it at all. Trifling!And then didn’t give me any sauce! Fire the cook!! Close down the whole restaurant!

First time at this location and atmosphere is very calm, the order took over 15 minutes (which is way too much), the coffee tool another 10 minutes and there were many customers at the local nor in the drive thru. Enjoy your visit.

Most of the staff is rude and will yell at customers. Always waiting 30mins to an hour for food. Nobody ever wants to be at the front counter. Asked for toilet paper and they handed napkins to people stating bathroom cleanliness is not a priority. Staff will ignore customers in the lobby then demand people leave who are trying to pay. Assume you are homeless and they will be rude and call cops and trespass you. Got treated very rudely and was told sorry we thought you were homeless. They will also keep your change. This is not a way to run a store.
