I didn’t get it from this location, but it don’t matter what location I go to my sandwich always looks like this. Then I have to struggle to get it on straight because the cheese is melted. DO BETTER.

Ordered through the mobile app and went through the drive-thru around 9:40 PM on Friday, October 10, 2025. Gave my code, but had to repeat it several times because the employee either couldn’t hear or wasn’t paying attention. When I got to the window, they handed me the wrong order and didn’t provide a receipt. Disappointing experience — management should consider placing more attentive or capable staff at the drive-thru and reassign others to less customer-facing tasks.

This place is gross. What do they do at night??? Coming in for breakfast just after 5am there is nowhere to sit unless you remove the leftover trash on the tables and wipe tge crumbs and ketchup off the seats, yourself . The flies are rampant landing on our food, drinks,our kids our faces. We have to cover our food with napkins between drinks and bites. Trashcan are overstuffed and the smell is horrible. Why are they waiting for customers to sit down for breakfast to start wiping tables and mopping floors while they're trying to eat???? This place is horrible gross. We just do something as simple as wanting to use the restroom to wash our hands and it's crowded with drug users blocking our access. How is this a family restaurant?
