I found mold on my sandwich. When I called to let them know and request a refund, they asked me to return to the store. Since I was on my lunch break, I couldn't go back right away. They suggested I come after work to bring the sandwich back. I asked to send a picture instead, as I didn't want my office to smell like egg for the rest of the day, but she replied, "You said you weren’t going to eat it, so just bring it back." She needed the physical sandwich in hand. This is ridiculous and a waste of time.Update- I took the food back to the store and the manager was telling other staff that it’s not mold but it was caused by a paper or something it sits on. However, the bread was clearly old and was even soft in the area. It was definitely mold. Manager wasn’t very professional or nice. Other staff were pleasant.

It was my first time visiting this location. No one was waiting on me so I used an ordering kiosk I saw someone else use. I ended up not using a coupon because I didn't know how a paper coupon would work at the kiosk. My food was okay. I got a Jr Cheeseburger, two tacos, and value fries. My tacos did not include any cheese so they did not taste as well as they could have. I may come back one day.

So I did a mobile order it was like three in the morning. I got my tacos. I asked the guy where’s my shake that I ordered we don’t have any mix to make the shakes and I can’t do a refund so he gave me a business card for the store manager. I text the person and they never responded back. Never got my money back either won’t be going back to that store.

Just stopped to grab a coffee before my errands. The lady at the drive thru was okay. Not friendly but was nicer at the actual window. It was fast and the coffee tasted good. I got the caramel cold brew.
