• 8/11/25 9:39pm. I ordered Carne Asada fries - no sour cream, no cheese. But then I decided I wanted cheese on the side. When I was done ordering she asked if that was all. I said yes.Then she said Okay. She didn’t tell me the price. She didn’t tell me to pull up at the window. So I drive to the window. The girl at the window seemed a little rude. She told me next time just say you want cheese on the side. First of all I initially didn’t want cheese but then I decided I wanted it on the side. Second of all don’t tell me how to order or what to say. You just do your job. I also asked her for extra red and green sauce. She told me it already comes in the bag. So to clarify I asked her can I get extra. She said it comes in the bag. I get the bag and I asked again so there is extra red and green sauce in this bag? She said yes. I checked the bag. NO extra red and green sauces in the bag!!! Is this girl high? I ask again for the 4th time for extra sauce. And I also let her know that I need a straw for my drink. She finally gives me extra sauce but not in a bag. So I grab it from her to put it in my bag and some of it drips in my car before it gets to my bag. Why is it dripping?! Third I checked my food and it had cheese on it. So I had to return it because I will get sick. I explained that to the girl at the window. I got my order back again and when I got home I noticed it had maybe a tea spoon of guacamole. So upsetting!! This food is so dry it’s getting stuck in my throat & esophagus!. Where is my guacamole? I order this meal all the time and it usually has a decent amount of guacamole. This one has very very very little to even find. I called to speak to the manager and no manager is available. The girl that answered the phone said that the cook always puts a lot of toppings. Ok so are you implying that I’m lying? I asked if maybe he was mad because I had to return my first order since it had cheese and if this is why I didn’t get but a teaspoon of guacamole on my plate that I brought home? She said all portions are the same. Well I’m sorry my order is missing the correct amount of guacamole. I told her I wanted to go back and get guacamole. She asked me if I wanted to get a new order. I said no I just want guacamole, which should have came with my order. Then she told me that it would be an extra charge. Why would it be an extra charge to ask for what it should have came with? I told her I would bring my plate back so she could see. I just wanted guacamole. Then she put me on hold. Forget it no I’m not going to drive all the way back over there to get a replacement and wonder if they spit in my food because I returned my plate do to their mistake. If you can see any guacamole in the picture I posted congratulations because that’s all the guacamole it had. I can’t even eat it because it is getting stuck in my esophagus. It’s so dry. I have been coming to this location since they opened. I will be going else where from now on. I would attach a video of the non existent guacamole on my plate but it won’t allow me to upload a video. Unfortunately I won’t be eating dinner tonight!!! I called the next day at 5:20pm to speak to the manager and they said the manager wasn’t in. I asked for the manager’s name and they said just ask for the manager. I again asked for the managers name. She put me on hold. After waiting on hold for 5-10 minutes she then hangs up on me. I called back 10 minutes later and a male answers. I asked him the name of the manager. He put me on hold. Then a girls picks up. I ask her the manager’s name. She tells me just ask for the manger. I ask her if she is the girl that I just talked to 10 minutes ago. She said no. Then she asked is there a problem. I told her yes, you all seem to not know your manager’s name; Do you not know who you work for? She then tells me we don’t give out names. So I said well I’m asking for the manager’s name since he isn’t available. She puts me on hold again. Then she said it’s Julian. Is this really the mangers name? They are acting so shady.

• Great customer service 👏🏼 food was delicious 😋 the salsas were all spicy 🥵but great flavor. We ordered the cow boy nachos, regular nachos and their flaming hot nachos. Will be coming here again forsure.

• The interior looks amazing and I love the Mexican vibes. I came in and over looked the menu for a few minutes before I waited at the counter and after about 5 minutes of waiting an employee finally came to take my order. He got frustrated with me because I told him that i wanted the ham breakfast burrito and country burrito but he was going to charge me for a sausage burrito and after all the back and fourth he decided to make me wait while he assisted a drive thru customer that showed up after me. Once he came back I asked for his manager and he said that there wasn't a manager so I said I live close by and want to know when I can come speak with a manager and he just said okay come back and refused to take my order. I'll be back to speak with his manager since he can't handle taking an English speaking customers order.Just called today to see if a manager was in, and the employee answers the phone saying "948". That's all, just "948", and I didn't even know if I was calling filibertos or some fire station numbered 948 because of that. Very confusing. The employee sounded familiar, with the little English he spoke when I was ordering, but however he responded to my question when I asked if his manager was in. Last time he just kept asking me what I wanted to order when I kept asking for the manager. Neglecting my request for the manager until refusing service to me because I kept asking the question he kept refusing to answer.

• The quesadilla Mar Y tierra is unbearable. I feel like if you don't like to make the quesadilla, then tell people you don't like to make it. There is no reason to make the food so spicy people can't eat it. I've ordered the same meal in different locations and it is by far my favorite item to order but this one i got from this location is so spicy and greasy that I cannot finish my food. At this point take the item off the menu if you don't like making it and stop paying customers from wasting their money. Please do not give me some bull crap reply like " that's just how the dish is prepared" because no it ain't! You are the only location that has served it to me like this. A warning would be much appreciated.

• NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN ORDER CHICKEN BURRITO WAS OLD SMELL NASTY THE GUY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE SNATCHED THE BAH OUT MY HAND ADVISE ME THT I NEED TO CONTACT UBER I SAID FOR WHAT THEY DIDN'T MAKE THE FOOD, ASKED IF THEY CAN JUST REMAKE IT SAID NO SLAMMED WINDOW ON ME TRIED TO GET HIS ATTENTION BUT JUST IGNORED ME WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
