Ok, I gave this place a couple chances and just can’t rate higher than 3 stars. Part of dining out is the overall experience, and the guy that’s been at the counter both times we visited is nearly comatose. He doesn’t even smile. The woman who works there is very nice and friendly.The dining area seems relatively clean, but there are boxes stacked in the hallway leading to the back that are unsightly. I couldn’t see much in to the kitchen, other than a bottle of cleaning solution near the cooking surface.Regarding the food, I ordered chicken with black bean sauce this time (one of my favorite Chinese dishes). The black beans were crunchy and the chicken kind of tasted like fish… I completely understand the paper plates and plastic utensils (you get what you pay for), so that wasn’t really an issue.I’ll come back again because my husband likes it, and third time is the charm, right?

The food was absolutely great, and the prices were very reasonable — no complaints there. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the extremely poor customer service I received from the man working the counter, a larger , tall individual who seemed to be in charge.He indeed said he's the boss and owner.I arrived approximately five minutes before the posted opening time. I understand that arriving early might not always be ideal, but I was polite and willing to wait. By the time my order was prepared, it was nearly 11:15 a.m., well past opening hours. Despite this, I was told in a very rude manner that I could not stay to eat my lunch there because I had arrived too early.What was most disappointing was not just being asked to leave, but the disrespectful tone and unprofessional attitude. I mentioned that, due to the way I was treated, I would likely not return. His response? “Okay, don’t ever come back.”This kind of response is unacceptable from anyone working in a customer-facing role. It’s a shame, because the kitchen staff clearly takes pride in their food, and it shows. Unfortunately, one rude interaction can ruin an otherwise great experience, and that’s exactly what happened.

Staff was super friendly. I got the lunch special which was seriously just over 10 dollars because I added a drink. I had shrimp and vegetables (L20) and the flavor was outstanding. What made it better was that the shrimp were fairly large and were cooked perfectly. Super juicy. I am super happy with my lunch and will return. Probably more than I should.

The food was the most disgusting Chinese food I have had. The brown rice was not fried rice like it is where I’m from, it’s literally brown rice. The beef and broccoli tasted like fish. The sweet and sour pork just wasn’t good and you had to pay extra for sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour pork. The fried dumplings we got were hard to chew and sour tasting.

2 stars only because previously the wings were pretty incredible. The last 13 years have been generally okay food & pretty good service. They used to have the best wings. No longer. The rest of the food is just average. Not worth the cost of food & wait. Technically outside their delivery radius but only reason even know about them is they put a flyer on the door soon upon moving in.Called today to ask if I just got old & dry wings or if they changed the recipe. They told me they changed the recipe. I told them the only reason I've been a customer so long is the wings & they said okay.I didn't expect that lack of response - previously, they would have at least tried 2 save my business
