I come to this Carl's Jr. ⭐️ probably once a month when visiting a family member and have never really had any problems with my orders or the staff. But if there were any issues, the restaurant employees have always taken care of it. The place is always clean and so are thier restrooms 🚻. There is always plenty of parking 🅿️. Sure the place is outdated, short staff and too many homeless hang around due to the bus stop area being in front. But again, the good food 🍔🍟🥤and nice customer service 😊😊 is what makes me come to this place. 👍

All I ask for is to substitute the barbecue sauce to ketchup and mayonnaise. I repeat this once or twice and even see it done on the screen but it never fails that it doesn’t happen. I don’t even know why I go back to eat at this place. I think they don’t do it to spite customers sometimes. I mean how hard is it to just follow through. And I try to be as nice as I can cause I understand working in the fast food business sucks. But come one. Change 1 thing that’s all I asked. And the onion Rings on the double western were just bad. Like Rock hard

I appreciate a fast food restaurant that is quick and efficient. Just want to say April went above and beyond, we had trouble finding my online order. She made sure I was taken care of and my food was warm and ready to go. Thank you April! You’re the best !

Wow I don't think i have ever been treated so rudely. I was doing a door dash no one acknowledged me. We literally had to yell to get the people in the backs attention. Just talking and ignoring us. Ive only been doing doordash for 8 months but everyone has been so nice except here. And it wasn't me
