My sandwich is more bread then everything else put together…. Load it

Currently waiting in store for 20min…now 30min before I get to order while they make online orders in front of you. Then get hit with sorry I’ll be with you in just another minute when you finally reach the counter. Good luck ordering at the counter. Only two people working not very fast which it’s not their fault. Bad way of running things here with ordering

I just ordered a twelve inch sandwich on white bread.I swear the bread that I just got was made yesterday.It is so dried out.Rock solid hard and just flakes apart as I eat it.This is ridiculous.Fourteen dollars for a dry bread sandwich.This should be a crime

The worst experience ever. I ordered a foot long flatbread and I got a folded flatbread 6 inches. I went back inside the restaurant and the cashiers were very rude and were laughing in front of many other customers. The two employees were extremely rude, rolling there eyes, with terrible attitudes. The cameras should be looked at to see how rude and horrible customers are being treated at this location. I will be telling everyone about this nightmare experience I received at this subway!!! I wish I could post the picture of the 6 inch sub I received. They refused to give me my money back when I wanted to cancel and return the sandwich.

My husband got me a foot long yesterday, I ate one yesterday and was going to eat one today. There was an actual finger nail in the sandwich. I tried finding pictures of veggies that might look similar but it's hard to the touch. The reason for the color is probably because I add mustard to the sandwich. The fact that I have eaten subway all my life and literally the same exact sandwich and never had an issue not to this degree is insane. This is disgusting you guys, you are serving this to people.
