October 20 · Derek ScottBad service and bad experience here overall. The staff love to inconvenience customers on different things depending on the day. Just last week I was here and they only accepted cash, but now this week they’re only accepting card. I walked 10 minutes in 100°F weather back to get a different payment method looking/smelling like a sweaty troll, already mad for having to argue with the lady at the register to at least put my order on hold, like have the company at least put up a preferred payment method sign at the beginning of the line before you order so you know if you can actually pay for it, considering they change it based on who knows how to work cash or the card reader on the day they are on their shift. The same lady kept making faces at me the whole time I was talking. Like why are they hiring people who don't have experience in the fast food field or at least know how to count cash/work a card reader?! Payment methods should not change on the day depending on who's the cashier. The employees are also very negative and have bad attitude towards customers. A guy behind me asked for a burrito, but they said they only were going to make bowls, probably because they are too lazy and incompetent to make burritos, LIKE WHY ARE YOU SELLING THEM THEN IF YOUR NOT GOING TO MAKE IT. And to top it all off, you would have thought this happened during a rush, but no, I've been in busier lines at this same location during lunch/dinner rushes and this the first time this has ever happened to me. I know it may be stressful to work in the fast-food industry, because I work in it and at times its not the best, but why hire people who don't obviously want to be there and don't know how to do their jobs. They also don’t bother filling your bowls completely and do a very messy job with how they present their food. Honestly at this point your better off going to Chipotle because at least they are honest about their portion sizes and have better attitudes!P.S: This is the first time I've ever written a review in my life, anywhere, because I have never been so disgusted with the customer service and attitude I have received today. Do better.
September 04 · Zainab KhanWe had the valentine's QR code buy one get one free and they would not honor it. This is the only Qdoba in Arizona. I am from Colorado and I only get to have this on a rare occasion. I was so excited for this and on the app it said this location accepted it. This definitely ruined my valentine's day. They threw away the food in the trash right I front of us..it is so sad that they'd rather waste the food entirely than to honor the deal. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎EDIT: THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE QDOBA CORPORATE TEAM FOR MAKING THIS RIGHT !!!!!!!!!! ✅️ ❤️ WE WILL BE GOING TO THE NEW AZ LOCATIONS OPENING UP FOR OUR FREE ENTREES! THANK YOU.
February 25 · Nellzy BellStopped by to get lunch and there wasn’t much of a line. I got half a scoop of steak as my protein because they ran out, and they refused to give me half a scoop of another meat. They didn’t have fajita veggies at all either. On top of that the guy loading the vegetables didn’t even put what I wanted, and after giving me just corn, pickled onion and lettuce he closed the lid. The lettuce was also mostly black. Used to go here in the past but the service I received was unacceptable.
December 05 · Matt KurowskiThe service here was terrible. It deeply saddened me because I love this place in California, I spent over $60 for my team just to have over cooked dry food and terrible customer service. I honestly feel like there should be more training and the cooks should be taught on how to prep the food and not over cook it. When I came back with the whole order and asked for my money back the Manager gave me the worst face ever and I and to wait almost 30 minutes for a refund. It really sucks because I use to eat at least 2 times a week before moving to AZ.
