We placed an order for 12 boxes lunches around 8am, we selected pick up at 1 pm. When we arrived to pick up the order the employee said “they did not have the order” so we had to provide the receipt which we were charged. Well a manger was finally brought into the conversation and the order was made however all the food was cold. No offer to give us a credit, no discount, no refund for the $5 tip. Just COLD food. So if you order from here online make sure you CALL the store to make sure they made/ received your order.

The food was so delicious especially the Hot Honey Chicken 😋 and the staff guy Kyon was nice too he kept offering me desserts and even showed me your rewards program. The tables was clean and the food was actually fresh compared to Panda. Good job Pei Wei you just got a new loyal customer.

Late lunch… early dinner. Truck being detailed next door at the car wash… so why not. Leftovers going home to my wife. Not sure where the 3.5 rating comes from, but for me… today… all were 5’s. Food was delicious! Better than expected!

Terrible quality and very poor service. The food was burned and tasted terrible. My husband picked it up on Sunday, May 12 (Mother's Day), so we didn't notice the charred crab wontons and Mongolian steak until we opened it at home. There were also pieces of chicken mixed in with the steak. When we tried calling (5 times,) they hung up on us or just never answered. They were not at all busy at 3:50 pm, but Fernando tried making excuses for the bad quality. It is so disappointing that a once-great restaurant has become sub-par and worse than mediocre. We won't be going back.

Thanks to this location and everyone involved there. Had a minor mishap with EZ Cater, however the team here didn’t point fingers or play the blame game. The remade and order for 16 people and had it delivered by one of their own, in the middle of the rush hour. That kind of service hardly exists any more. Thanks so much and I highly recommend this location!
