Horrible service. Ordered churros bc the gf was having a bad day. Waited until I got home to check order and they literally had zero cinnamon on them. It was literally just fried dough. My carne burrito was way over cooked. Obviously I would not recommend this spot to anyone.

After reading the bad reviews, I'll steer clear from this location. My fries were cold, dry and stale. Whats up with that? Every other Del Taco I've been to has the best fries. I'm from CA and have been eating at this fast food place for 45 or so years. I know my Del Tacos. This one is very disappointing.Also nobody knew anything about the app or how to use it. Not helpful, just told to call customer service.This is a no for me. I'll find a better location. I don't care if I have to drive out of my way.

This is my very first time at Del Taco. The tacos? Pretty good! Good enough that I actually went back the very next day.Unfortunately the service was bad. On both visits, the guys working seemed really irritated, like they just didn't want to be there. The first time, the drive-thru guy was cursing left and right while I waited for my food. I didn't personally care, but it was definitely unprofessional.Then, on my second visit, I decided to try a burger. And even after the guy asked if I wanted all the toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc.) my burger showed up with just cheese and a ridiculous amount of ketchup. And when I asked for a bottled water, he tried to give me a cup. When I reminded him I asked for a bottle, he got super annoyed, disappeared for a while, and then came back with a hot bottle of water. It felt like he just didn't feel like getting it.Overall, I'd still go back, but only for those tacos.

It’s fast food. Solid fast food, but fast food nonetheless. Sometimes it’s inconsistent. The prices are very fair. However, what makes me enjoy the location the most, is the employees! They are always friendly, always willing to help, and don’t make you feel rushed (I usually go through the drive thru). I continue to come back because the service is A1.

Reviews typically aren't something I do but this needs to be said. Redeemed a reward for a free shake through the app. When I get to the drive thru, they tell me they can't make shakes(for whatever reason). I asked how to get my reward/points back and she said to contact support as the store can't do anything for app orders. Ok. I get home and eat and noticed the food did not have the queso I paid extra for.So I submit a contact us form on the website detailing the above. I get a reply back from someone explaining how to place an order on the app and how to redeem rewards. Clearly my complaint was not read.So I had to submit another complaint as you cannot reply to any email they send. I never heard back on second conplaint. Looking at other reviews, I now understand. I'd suggest everyone avoid this location.
