I want to share my experience. Names Victor i worked for this company about 2 years ago at 90th st and Shea and our priorities were cleanliness and customer service. Followed by SOS something that 1574 Taylyn Cervantes store lacks in. Our burger were made with Care my son's what bites looked like left over crumbs. I took them back to the young man in front he came back and said( this is the last time I can't be exchanging) don't worry I'll post pics the tenders we got for him looked dark I worked in food industry for quite some time I know that's due to old oil. I know they filter but theirs a point where you need to waste it and use new one. The kid said dad I don't like them. Their bad 👎 I was excited to hear whataburger opening by my home but honestly Amanda's store from 7th st and McDowell does way better in every aspect TOP TIER SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY.

i've been to this location quite a few times and haven't had any problems except today i ordered a #2 combo and requested just mustard , pickles and onions and no cheese on the burger then he says would you like to try our new green chili burger and i said no thanks not at this time so i get up to the pay window get my order and go home i opened the hamburger and it was a green chili hamburger i couldn't believe it i look at my receipt and it states mustard pickles onions only plus cheese which i told him no cheese but the green chili burger had cheese on it so now i have to go back there give them the wrong sandwich and hopefully get the one i ordered it makes you wonder if those people can read or they just could care less

I had the best drive-thru experience this morning all because of Zenaida/Itzel (not sure of her real name as her name tag and the receipt were different). She is an absolute ray of sunshine! ☀️ My order took a while and she was so kind and positive and happy. I had to pull forward to wait but the biscuits were fresh and my food was really tasty. Hats off to this location for breakfast today!!

Wanted to like this place because I like Whataburger. But this particular store a fail. Placed a single order at 11:04 with only 1 truck ahead of me. Had me pull forward as they needed to make fresh fries. Received order 15 min later. Got home,only a few fries over a half inch long. If you don't have 15 minutes to wait in a drive thru, probably should avoid this place. By other reviews I guess this isn't a new problem.
