Its McDonalds so its as expected the great thing is its right off the freeway and perfect for pit-stop during a road trip for kids to play. The only problem is theres lots of homeless people and they stay in the only restroom with a changing table, we were there for over an hour and could not get in to change our kids.

I normally come here on Saturdays. And it's such a great experience. The staff is friendly areas, clean and we have a good time. Food is hot today. We came on Sunday. Oh my what a difference tables we're dirty floors with dirty bathrooms with dirty, have blood all over the toilet seats? No soap in the area to wash your hands. Then we receive our food 30 minutes later. The food was cold and I went back up to the counter, and they just looked at me like I was crazy. Thank God, they had Greg working. Because he made sure our order was correct. Brought it out to the table. I didn't have to go back up to the counter like I did. The first time never come here on a Sunday. Staff is not prepared.

We order a double quarter pounder no condiments add bacon (had mayonnaise not even listed) and a regular quarter pounder. We got this garbage below and it took her 20 minutes to acknowledge us at the window. This is not even close to what we order $30 bucks wasted. I am so angry that’s why I didn’t return to the store. The food is too expensive to get trash and not what your ordered and it was an online order. Didn’t give me a receipt big surprise so I can’t complete the survey. This is so frustrating

I was not gonna make a review but after getting my item I will.So I usually went in there for water and ice. Today they said I had to buy something to get even just water. Which I am pretty sure is illegal to do but I said ok. I ordered a sweet tea. I got it and outside I tasted it they gave me unsweetened tea. Just cause I asked for water before doesn't mean I want water tea now if I ordered sweet tea. I am pretty sure they profiled me as homeless but even if I was that is just disgusting to treat people that way. I hope they meet God soon.The burger king across the street gives out ice so they really are opening the doors for their competition to get people. I'll remember places the days I go to them without money so when I do have money I go back if they treated me well. All humans are that way. Just burning bridges if you ask me.

While other stores make excuses, this McDonald's provides excellent service in an immaculate store despite its location. The tables are rarely dirty, even the floor is mopped so frequently it lacks the McDonald's trademark rubbery black grease prints. Businesses love to blame "the locals" (for a lack of a better term) for every problem yet this McDonald's goes to show that when a place is taken care of with pride, people will respect it. The employees offer top customer service and it seems like the management appreciatates their hard work. Easily the best McDonald's I know of. I could keep going - impressive.
